WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?
All items are shipped within the UK using Royal Mail or FedEx. For international deliveries, the local mail carrier in your country will take over the handling and delivery of the item upon its arrival.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Each item is handcrafted and assembled with love just for you and your loved one. Due to this, please allow 2 - 5 business days for your order to ship.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
